Stolen Almonte Sign

One of Almonte's three new carved signs worth $4,400 has been stolen. This sign was located at the boundary to Almonte along County Road 29 as you travel north towards Pakenham. It was noticed missing on Monday, June 21, 2010.

The signs were purchased with grant funding obtained through the Valley Heartland Community Futures Development Corporation's Local Initiatives program.
