Pickleball

The Municipality of Mississippi Mills is working on creating opportunities for people to play the growing sport of pickleball! Currently there are two programs being offered, a summer program in Almonte and a winter program in Pakenham. See below for more information as well as other places it can be played. 

NEW PAKENHAM PICKLEBALL NIGHT ADDED!

The Municipality is excited to announce another pickleball night in Pakenham, to take place Monday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m. at Pakenham Public School. 

There will be no pickleball session on the following dates: December 16, December 23, December 30, February 17 and March 10.

Registration begins on Thursday, October 17 at 6 p.m. at the Stewart Community Centre in Pakenham. Currently registration is reserved for people who are NOT presently registered in a municipal pickleball program due to the high demand for pickleball.

Pakenham Pickleball (PROGRAM FULL)

When: Wednesdays & Thursdays, September 25 - April 30 from 6pm - 7:30pm (please note, start date may change)

Where: Pakenham Public School

Cost: $55

Please note: play will be limited to once a week to accommodate more players (night must be selected on registration). The gym only allows for two pickleball courts.

Notes: you must bring your own paddle, balls will be provided.
