Introduction of $2 paper billing fee for tax bills
Paper property tax bills will have a $2 fee starting in June 2026.
This fee helps cover the real costs of printing and mailing paper bills, such as paper, envelopes, and postage. It also cuts down on paper use, improves service, and is more reliable during mail disruptions.
Those who sign up for e-billing will not be charged the $2 fee.
