Go Paperless!
As part of Council's priority to achieve modern, efficient and effective municipal operations, the Municipality is striving to go paperless.
For residents, we have a step-by-step guide on how you can go paperless with the Municipality, such as through e-billing and automatic payment plans.
1. Get your bills in your email inbox!
Sign up for e-billing to receive your bills on-time wherever you are. No more worrying about postal delays or having to check your physical mailbox in the hot or cold weather.
2. Sign up for pre-authorized payment plans
No more long trips to the municipal office to pay your taxes, or having to worry about making payments manually.
3. Familiarize yourself with bank transfers
If you don't qualify for PAPPs, want to make additional payments, want to set up a different payment frequency, or need to make additional payments, you can also directly transfer funds to the Municipality through your bank.
See our guide on how to send funds to the Municipality through your bank
4. Sign up for Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT)
If you receive money from the Municipality - such as through the Aquatic Reimbursement Program, grants, or contractor invoices - say good-bye to cheques by signing up for EFT!
