NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF AN AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT CHARGE

BY-LAW 18-88 BY THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MISSISSIPPI MILLS

            TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills passed an amendment to Development Charge By-law No. 18-88 by By-law 21-029 on the 20th day of April 2021 under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c.27 as amended;

             AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board under Section 14 of the Act, in respect to the amendment of the development charge by-law, by filing with the Clerk of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills on or before Monday May 31, 2021 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to the by-law amendment and the reasons supporting the objection.

The amended schedule of development charges imposed by the by-law, which come into effect January 1, 2019 (2019 rates) is as follows:
