Home Hospice North Lanark (HHNL) is thrilled to welcome Lisa Swant as our new Executive Director!
Lisa is a passionate, collaborative leader with over 20 years of experience supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities. She has a proven track record of building innovative programs that empower clients to live with dignity and choice.
From founding a successful seniors’ services organization to expanding province-wide programming at The Good Companions Seniors’ Centre, Lisa has made a remarkable impact in communities across Ontario and beyond.
When she’s not leading transformative initiatives, Lisa loves to dance—line dancing, swing, ballroom, or square dancing, you name it!
We’re excited to have Lisa on board to help HHNL strengthen and expand palliative and hospice care services across our region. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome!
