Mississippi Mills Photo Contest Launched for Month of May
We want to see how you capture the community!
The Municipality of Mississippi Mills launched a new Photo Contest May 1. Now is the time to get out your camera, get ready and show your love for this beautiful place we call home.
Photos can be entered until May 31 and can be submitted at events@mississippimills.ca. Photos must be a minimum of 2MB and must be taken in Mississippi Mills.
The Top 10 finalists will be selected by Council and then the public will have a chance to vote on their favourites! Prizes in the form of gift certificates to your favourite Mississippi Mills businesses are as follows:

1st Prize – $200

2nd Prize – $100

3rd Prize – $75
The Top 10 photos will be printed in large format and put on display for the community to enjoy.
Contest Regulations

Photos must feature Mississippi Mills content/subject matter.

Only electronic photos will be accepted. Photos can be submitted by emailing events@mississippimills.ca or by using We Transfer or Dropbox to events@mississippimills.ca.

Each photo should be submitted with the photographer’s name, location the photograph was taken and photographer’s residence (name of town/city).

Photos must be submitted in either .jpeg or .png format and must be in a high resolution format (minimum 2MB). Small photos will not be considered.
