Municipality Holds Second Public Information Centre for MM2048 (1)

The Municipality held a successful second Public Information Centre for MM2048 on January 18, 2024 in the upper hall of the John Levi Community Centre.

The second PIC was an important part of the Municipality’s ongoing Master Plan projects and Planning Studies. It was a joint event for the Transportation Master Plan, Water & Wastewater Master Servicing Plan, Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments relating to Bill 23 (Official Plan Amendment 32), and the Private Road Study (Official Plan Amendment 33).

Information on other projects and studies presented included the Solid Waste Management Strategy, Community Services Master Plan, Development Charges, and Economic Development Strategic Plan.

Municipal staff and consultants were available at presentation boards and residents had the opportunity to speak to them and provide valuable feedback about these important projects.
