Public Notice - Surplus Lands for Stop-Up and Disposition

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Mississippi Mills proposes to enact Bylaws in accordance with Section 34 of the Municipal Act, 2001 to stop-up and close the following described highways or parts of highways:

 Unopened Road Allowance known as: Portion of Old Perth Road allowance between Lots 10 & 11, Concession 3, Ramsay Ward, Municipality of Mississippi Mills

The proposed Bylaw will come before the said Council for consideration at its regular meeting at the Municipal Office, located at 3131 Old Perth Road, RR2, Almonte, Ontario on the 15^th day of December, 2020 at the hour of 6:00 o’clock p.m. and at that time, the Council will hear comments from persons who claim that this/her land will be prejudicially affected and who applies to be heard. Comments on the proposal may be directed to the undersigned planner between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
