Who Can Attend Advisory Committee and Board Meetings?

Anyone is able to attend an advisory meeting. All meeting agendas, dates and times will be posted on the meeting calendar four days before each meeting. Please note that audience participation is not allowed unless you have been approved by the Clerk's department or by the committee as a delegation.  Please visit our Speaking to Council page if you would like more information.

If you’re unable to attend an advisory meeting, don’t worry, all videos and meeting minutes will be posted on our website under meeting calendar.

Committees and Boards with Terms of Reference

* Membership to the working groups are determined by the appropriate Advisory Committee. If you would like to apply to be on any of the working groups, please visit out Join a Committee webpage to complete and submit an application form.

All members of Mississippi Mills Advisory Committees and Boards must abide by the Code of Conduct for Members of Council and Local Boards. Should you have any questions please contact the Municipality's Clerk's department.
