Celebrate Arbour Week in Mississippi Mills
Trees are essential to our communities. They provide us with food, oxygen, shelter and tools.
Mississippi Mills is once again showing its love for trees through Arbour Week, which runs from April 22 to 30 and traditionally coincides with Pitch-In Week. The 2022 theme is 'Plant a tree, leave a legacy'. Activities are co-ordinated by a volunteer tree committee, which operates under the Mississippi Mills Community and Economic Development Committee.
This year, events stretch to May 12, including a series of movies, walks, talks and more with local experts
