From the Office of the Mayor – In Memory of Jim McBain

On behalf of Mississippi Mills Council and staff, I would like to express my sincere condolences to the family of Jim McBain, on the tragic loss of Jim this week.

A former police chief, Jim and his company, Municipal Law Enforcement Services (MLES) have been providing by-law enforcement services to the Municipality since 2010.

The Municipality has benefitted from Jim’s extensive knowledge in law enforcement, by-law enforcement, security and investigations.

We are keeping Jim’s loved ones and his MLES family in our thoughts and prayers during this solemn time.
