Effective July 1, 2023, the recycling program in Mississippi Mills will be managed by Circular Materials Ontario, a national not-for-profit producer committed to building efficient and effective recycling systems. Circular Materials has contracted Emterra Environmental to administer curbside recycling collection in the Municipality.
